Are you a caregiver looking to work or gain permanent residence in Canada? AV Immigration & Visa Services Inc. is here to assist you every step of the way. Whether you're aiming to work temporarily or become a permanent resident, our expert team can guide you through the application process with ease.

Work Temporarily as a Caregiver

As a caregiver, you can apply to work temporarily in Canada under the following roles:
1. Home Child Care Provider (NOC 44100)
2. Home Support Worker (NOC 44101)

These roles require an employer with a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) through the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP). This type of work permit application currently benefits from faster processing times.

Become a Permanent Resident as a Caregiver

The Home Child Care Provider Pilot and Home Support Worker Pilot are 5-year programs designed to help caregivers and their families become permanent residents of Canada. If you have been offered a job or have experience working in Canada as a caregiver, you may qualify for permanent residence through these pilots.
